Create USB keyboard bindings in unigi platforms.

If you want to embed lua, do 'export INLINE_LUA=1' and get https://fier.me/software/luapack.zip

Build on PC: ./make.sh
Build on PS2 (useless): make

Then run: ./game.elf > kbbinds.h
