GTA SA paths to JSON parser, Python 3.2 (Windows 2000) or up
Also compatible with Linux and others

Arguments: <input.ipl> <output.json>
Example: paths2json.py nodes14.ipl nodes14.json

You can get the nodes*.ipl files from GTA3.IMG
