**Warning!** After using this utility, ordinarily replacing files inside EFLC will also replace the same file in GTA IV and vice-versa. To prevent this, **delete** the file(s) you want to replace first before doing so. I'm working on a solution for this, however don't expect anything anytime soon, this is a difficult problem to tackle.
